Happy Mood Smoothie

I start most of my mornings with this smoothie (yes, most days as I like to mix it up a bit to ensure my body gets a variety of nutrients!). As they say "eat the rainbow" and your body will THANK YOU.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of berries (blueberries and raspberries are my fave)

One banana

One tbsp organic spirulina powder

One tsp of organic raw cacao

One tsp of raw maca powder

One tsp of flaxseed meal

One tsp cranberry powder (there is one that I love from Artic Power Berries)

2/2 cup of plant based milk


Place all ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds or as soon as it becomes smooth and ENJOY!
